To help all of our members who have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, we’re offering a Skip-a-Payment option for your April or May 2020 loan payment(s). This skip-a-payment is specifically designed for members who will be financially impacted by COVID-19. We’re waiving our $30 processing fee so there is NO charge to take advantage of this service. All you need to do is download, complete, and return the form to the credit union.
Quaker Oats Credit Union Announces Response for Protection of Members and Staff During COVID-19
In an effort to protect our members and employees, and help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Quaker Oats Credit Union is announcing a temporary change to business beginning Wednesday, March 18, 2020.
Effective immediately, the lobby will be closed until further notice, however service via our Drive-Up will continue.
Drive-Up service Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Fridays: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
During this period, the lobby will be closed to all services other than appointments with loan officers, which must be made in advance. To make an appointment, please call us at 319-395-7060.
ACCESSING YOUR ACCOUNTS
Although we are suspending in-person services, as your trusted financial partner, we are prepared to service all of your financial needs during this time. We of offer a variety of online and mobile services to access your QOCU accounts, apply for loans and get the information you need — we encourage you to utilize them! We do not anticipate ATM/debit or credit cards will be impacted in any way, so please use them for purchases and to get cash at thousands of Privileged Status ATMs.
