The first time you access Bill Pay, you’ll need to complete the enrollment process and initial security steps by logging in to Online Banking from a computer. Click “Bill Pay” on the left side of your screen to begin the enrollment process. Once you’ve completed the enrollment process, you can access Bill Pay from a computer or the Quaker Oats Mobile App on your smartphone.
