Quaker Oats Credit Union’s Mobile Banking App Offers You: 

  • Picture Pay (take a picture of a bill to pay it)
  • Account Transfers (transfer money from account to account)
  • Debit Card “On/Off” Safety Feature (allows you to turn debit card off to prevent fraud)

 

Get started NOW!  Click to download the App!                          

  Then follow these easy steps:

  1. Click “Open” to open the app. If that doesn’t work look in your download file and click on the app to open it.
  2. Click on the “Accounts” icon.
  3. At the bottom you will see the sentence “New mobile user? Tap to register”. Click on these words.
  4. Check mark the box to accept the terms and conditions.
  5. Click “Next”.
  6. Fill in the member verification section: (Account number-Enter your savings account number, Account Type-Enter “savings”, Social Security, Number, Zip Code, Date of Birth)
  7. Click the “Verify” tab.
  8. Choose New User Name & Password.
  9. Select “Primary Account”. (This will be the account displayed on your screen.   We recommend a checking account, but this can be changed at any time.)
  10. Log back in with your user name & password to make sure it worked.

Picture Pay 

The Picture Pay feature on our QO Mobile Banking App allows you to use your smart phone to take a picture of a bill you want to pay and then pay it! 

How to schedule a new payment using “Picture Pay”: 

  1. Click on “QO” Mobile Banking App.
  2. Click on “PICTURE PAY”.
  3. Enter your username and password.
  4. Click on “SCHEDULED”.
  5. Click on “SNAP A PHOTO”.
  6. Take a picture of your bill.
  7. Select the QOCU checking account you want to pay the bill from.
  8. Enter the dollar amount you want to pay.
  9. Leave delivery method as “standard”.  Note:  You can change the date of delivery to a later date if you want by clicking on it.
  10. Double check everything and click “DONE”.

You will now be directed back to the main screen.  You will see the bill you just entered listed as “pending”.  You can now pay another bill or log out.

 

“Picture Pay” has three helpful features:

  • Scheduled: Allows you to pay new bills.
  • History:  Allows you to view bills you have previously paid.
  • Payees:  Allows you to store information of payees you pay regularly.  You don’t need to take a picture of the bill if the payee’s information is saved

Picture Pay FAQ:

Can I deposit checks using “Picture Pay”?  No.  Picture Pay is only for paying bills.

Is “Picture Pay” secure?  Yes.  Picture Pay is a secure application which requires you to enter your username and password each time.

Will my payment arrive on the day I have selected?  Yes.  Picture Pay payments arrive on the date you select.  However, QO Online Banking Bill Pay payments are sent on the date you select.  You need to factor in the mailing time when scheduling payments through QO Online Bill Pay.

 Account Transfer 

How to Transfer Money Between QO Accounts: 

  1. Click on “QO” Mobile Banking App.
  2. Click on “TRANSFERS”.
  3. Log in.
  4. Click on “TRANSFER FUNDS”.

 

Check Balances 

 How to Check Balances: 

  1. Click on “QO” Mobile Banking App.
  2. Click on “ACCOUNTS”.
  3. Log in.
  4. All account information will be displayed.
  5. Click on any account to view your transaction history.

ATM  

How to locate a privileged status ATM or shared branch location?

  1. Click on “QO” Mobile Banking App.
  2. Click on “LOCATIONS”.
  3. Select either “Main Branch” or “Shared Branches & ATMs” depending on what you are looking for.

Note: Please be sure the GPS feature is turned “ON” on your smartphone because both of these features work with your phone’s GPS.

Main Branch feature will give you QOCU’s address, telephone number and distance from your current location.

Shared Branches & ATMs feature will list several locations closest to your current location along with the address, telephone number and the distance from your current location.  If you click on a specific Shared Branch or ATM location it will then display a GPS map along with the financial institution’s hours of operation.

Debit Card “On/Off” Safety Feature

One of your soon to be favorite features is the “CARDS” feature which allows you to remotely activate and deactivate your debit card.

If your debit card is missing you can log on to the QOCU mobile app and turn your debit card off. Then, if you find the card later in the day, you can log back into the QOCU mobile app and turn the card back on. You’re able to avoid calling an 800 number and going through all sorts of manual steps to do the same thing.  This feature also allows you to turn your debit card off when you’re not using it.

FIGHT FRAUD with these 3 easy steps:

  1. Log in to QOCU Mobile Banking.
  2. Click on the “CARDS” Icon.
  3. Switch the debit card on or off.
