To open a NEW SAVINGS ACCOUNT you will need:
- To print and fill out the *forms listed below and return the signed forms back to Quaker Oats Credit Union along with
- A copy of your Driver’s License
- A copy of your Social Security Card.
- The actual account will not be opened until the credit union receives the $5 for your membership share. This $5 is the minimum balance that must remain in your account at all times. If you decide to close your account within the first 6 months of opening it the credit union keeps the $5 but if you close it anytime after 6 months you will get the $5 back.
